Inner peace doesn’t mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work.

It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

Peace is not found elsewhere.  It comes from within.

Tuning In To Your True Potential

When an orchestra of musical instruments are not in tune, they are not aligned or in harmony and it creates a discord.  They don’t make music they just make noise, so you don’t enjoy the benefits of a symphony.   The same goes with our self beliefs.

The beliefs we hold about ourselves make up the fabric of who we are and strongly influence what our experiences will be.  Many of our deeply rooted (limiting) beliefs have been influenced by the words of others. We subconsciously own those words as our own thoughts and beliefs, which end up becoming self fulfilling prophecies that force us to live a mediocre life that is far removed from our true potential.

Our ‘Inner  Critic’ is the negative part of us that sabotages our ongoing development. A hostile judgemental inner advisor, conjuring up negative thoughts and self-defeating beliefs about ourselves that oppose our best interests and can diminish our motivation and self-esteem.

These belittling self-criticisms are born of subconscious self-sabotage which can have a huge impact on how we live, and how we succeed in all areas of our lives.

When you are in tune with your authentic self, when your thoughts, emotions, actions and beliefs aligned and in coherence with each other they are in harmony and create resonance. And from that place of being you anchor in your own frequencies for a new way of empowered living.

This retreat is about tuning in to your true potential, by identifying and silencing your own inner critic, overcoming self-defeating behaviours, collapsing disempowering limiting beliefs and being your authentic self.

Included in this 3 day workshop / residential retreat:

  • A step onto the path of change and transformation.

  • Recognising inherited limiting beliefs and identifying core self beliefs.

  • Identifying and silencing your inner critic.

  • How to create new neural pathways from which positive and self empowering thoughts become beliefs.

  • A Life Self Assessment - An exercise to identify where you are currently at with various aspect of your life versus where you would like to be and the strategies and tactics you would need to engage in order to get there.

  • How to programme your Reticular Activating System (RAS) by choosing the messages and information you send from your conscious mind to your subconscious mind to support your authentic self beliefs.  -  The RAS is a part of our mid brain and is the the gatekeeper of information that is let into the conscious mind.  It filters and priotitises all information selecting the ones that are most important for your conscious mind to pay attention to.

  • Creating your vision and nurturing your self beliefs.

  • A nature and/or beach walk - time permitting.

  • Delicious, nutritious vegetarian meals.

  • A lot of fun, laughter and the forging of new friendships.

The secret of change is to focus all of your energy

not on fighting the old,

but on building the new.

[Socrates in Way of the Peaceful Warrior]

Six Achievable Principles to Transformation

~ A Beginners Guide ~

Personal transformation is an ongoing process, however, initially it requires a series of essential steps, which after time become second nature. Designed for those who are ready to embark on a journey of transformation but need a little guidance on how to step onto the path, this retreat is intended to provide you with information, guidance, nuggets of wisdom and fact to enable you to allow yourself to transform and flourish.  It is a guide onto the path of holistic wellness.

Once you know how to apply the skills you will learn at this retreat, life becomes a whole new experience. Some may find a whole new meaning, calling or direction in life.  For others it will still be possible to lead your usual life with family and career, however, your main focus will no longer be on things that cause stress.  Things such as money, status, material possessions and comparisons to others, but rather with a connection to your authentic self and a more balanced, holistic and therefore harmonious way of living.
